Running the Race with Our Eyes on Jesus - Hebrews 12: 1-16

Jun 14, 2026    Pastor Jaime Muñoz

The Christian life is not a sprint—it is a race of endurance.

In this powerful message based on Hebrews 12:1–16, we discover God's call to run with perseverance the race set before us, laying aside every weight that hinders us and keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.

Through this passage, we learn that trials, discipline, and challenges are not signs of God's absence, but tools He uses to shape our character and strengthen us spiritually. Just as Jesus endured the cross for the joy set before Him, we too are called to persevere with our eyes fixed on the eternal reward.

This message challenges us not to give up in the midst of difficulties, but to renew our strength, strengthen our steps, and continue moving forward in the purpose God has prepared for our lives.

✨ When our eyes are fixed on Jesus, we find the strength to keep running, even when the road becomes difficult.
